Manni-Petti time!!

Friday I took Nat to get her very first manicure & pedicure. It wasn't quite the real deal because they didn't massage her, but i figured just getting them painted was good enough. She enjoyed herself! Picked some WILD colors too. Her fingers look like power-bait...so do my toe nails! Then Saturday we piled in 7-deep in to my mothers car & traveled over the other side of the mountains for my uncle Bob's 50th bday. Come to find out he hasn't had a birthday party in over 20-years! Not even a cake or anything! Needless to say he was very touched and enjoyed having us there. We got to stay in a nice hotel, which Natalie loved. She played in the room & swam her tail off. I realized i am going to have to get her in to some swim lessons because she is out of control when a large body of water presents itself! She would run & jump in to the deep end, sinking like a rock, until I swam like a bat out of hell to get her! Crazy kid. Of course this is the one weekend i forgot her "water wings". Sheesh. It was a fun weekend, but we were glad to get home where it was nearly 90 degrees. This weekend we will be heading to an area near Yakima for a good Ol' fashioned family camping trip! Can't wait...the anticipation is KILLING ME.

Mothers Day Fishing Trip

For mothers day i went to breakfast w/ all the women in my family. Then it was off to an afternoon fishing trip. Natalie told her dad while i was at breakfast that she dreamed we would go fishing for mothers day.......so we did. It's weird because that is EXACTLY what i wanted to do too! Went to Stephens pond & caught a nice brook-trout. Nat did the honors and caught the only fish of the day! We had a couple of bites but lost them as the shore-honestly that is what happened! ;). Hope all the other mothers enjoyed their day as much as i did!

Apple Blossom TIme

WOW was last month busy. We had the brappin weekend, apple blossom, my brothers birthday, Natalie's birthday, BBQ's, parades, food fair & in the midst of all this chaos, i had only the biggest test of my life to study for & pass (which i did!). Although the weather didn't hold out as expected most of the time, it was a good time......just way too busy! Here are some pictures of the time!
